We had drug tests when nosotros were hired but none since. This would go rid of all the potheads and druggies nosotros have. Jus sayin.

The post office probably doesn't want to spend all that coin on even one yearly exam for the hundreds of thousands of employees.

My estimation if there were surprise pizz test twice a twelvemonth, would be 25% popped.

I am curious what happens in some of u.s.a. that accept legalized medical marijuana or decriminalized information technology. Volition at that place be different drug test in different states or will the aforementioned one utilise to everywhere?

I recollect the rules for the post office and other federal agencies trump local/state laws.

I was thinking that awhile ago. That would definitely get those numbers downwardly. I know of a lot of regs that come in drunk, high popping pills, driving the ox.

A guy during Christmas time was surely boozer when he turned a corner into the operation I was working and hitting an apc which turned over on top of a clerk.

The clerk got injure and the commuter disappeared for a week but he never really got in trouble for it.

It'south a federal edifice and federal law doesn't recognize marihuana as being legal and so Idk how that would fly. Plus I'm assuming everything would happen in federal court which would all the same make it illegal.

DOT is for CDL drivers and If they drive beyond country lines and they are. All are required to follow all federal motor carrier laws simply everyone doesn't drive for them. I'm sure the drivers that accept CDL go pissed random but if they had random in plants and stations for the reg c class driver done would be out if a job.AltimoreBill2013-08-10 07:32:29

I applied and had an interview for FedEx Courier - DOT and no cdl was required just an operators license lol

The vehicles aren't big enough to demand i(CDL) And I don't think they nor the post office deliver across state lines on those box trucks. That's what gets you pissed randomly and in some instances, at all.lol You'd have to get a DOT concrete which you'd automatically be pissed then and there forrard. Do yous accept a DOT physical card or was that a office of the process to becoming a mail carrier?

These people walk in the building pissy drunk! They're nonetheless working. I agree with you on that sobriety test thing a piss test, the spousal relationship would non allow it tho. I recall that guy that striking the clerk was drunk myself.

possess a valid state CDL. Mail employees who are required

if they drug tested my station on monday.. I'd be regular by Tuesday.
Out of 35 routes I guarantee we'd lose at least 10 FTRs and one or 2 CCAs.

anyone wanna telephone call in an anonymous tip for me?

I could carry a route in your station.. Do you lot think yous could conduct one in mine?
